Kami dengan ini mengumumkan Go Live Edit Profile.

Edit Profile adalah fasilitas di dalam portal Cipta Pangan yang dapat digunakan oleh karyawan level 1 sampai dengan 4 untuk mengubah data pribadi karyawan itu sendiri. Proses pengubahan tersebut akan dilanjutkan dengan proses validasi dan persetujuan oleh pihak PGA dan HCIS yang menangani karyawan tersebut. Data yang sudah divalidasi dan disetujui akan diaktualisasi ke SAP secara otomatis oleh sistem pada keesokan harinya. Karyawan dapat melakukan update data setiap saat. Sedangkan proses aktualisasi baik dari Edit Profile ke SAP atau sebaliknya dijadwalkan tanggal 1 – 15 setiap bulan.

Harap terlebih dahulu login ke Ciptapangan, kemudian pilih menu General > Edit Profile atau Support > Human Capital > Edit Profile.

Untuk Login ke Edit Profile, gunakan :

1. Nomor Induk Karyawan (NIK) bapak/ibu yang di SAP, dan selanjutnya

2. isi nomor rekening bapak/ibu yang digunakan untuk keperluan payroll.

Bagi bapak/ibu yang menggunakan sistem tunai, silahkan hubungi PGA setempat untuk mendapatkan nomor untuk dapat login ke Edit Profile.

Mohon baca terlebih dahulu User Manual yang tersedia di Menu.

Dear Sirs / Madam,

We are pleased to announce you the Go Live of Edit Profile.

Edit Profile is the new facility in ciptapangan which will support employee level 1 to 4 to update the personal data by themselves. Any update will followed by validation and approval by PGA and HCIS responsible for the employee. Data which is already validated and approved will automatically be updated into SAP in the following day. Employee can anytime update data via Edit Profile. Update process from Edit Profile to SAP or vice versa will be scheduled on the 1st until 15th every month.

Please, first of all login to Ciptapangan and then choose menu General > Edit Profile or Support > Human Capital > Edit Profile.

To Login to Edit Profile, please use :

1. your SAP personnel number and then

2. your bank account number recorded for payroll purpose.

In case of cash payment method, please contact your local PGA to receive a number to be used as login data.
